Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PromptVault ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Indi Techs, handles your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

PromptVault collects minimal information to operate the service:

Images you upload: When you submit a prompt entry, the image(s) you select are uploaded to our secure storage to be displayed in the gallery after moderation.
Prompt text and metadata: The prompt, AI model name, and tags you submit are stored in our database.
Saved preferences: Your grid view preference and saved prompts are stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to our servers.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account information. The app does not require you to create an account.

2. How We Use Your Information

Submitted images and prompts are reviewed by a moderator before being published in the gallery.
Approved submissions are displayed publicly within the app to all users.
We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

PromptVault uses the following third-party services:

Supabase — for database storage and image hosting. Data is stored on Supabase servers. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Google AdMob — for serving advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

PromptVault displays ads powered by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalised based on your interests. You can opt out of personalised advertising through your device's advertising settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation on Android).

5. Data Retention

Submitted content (images and prompts) is retained for as long as the app is active. You may request deletion of your submitted content by contacting us at the email below. Locally stored data (saved prompts, preferences) can be cleared by uninstalling the app.

6. Children's Privacy

PromptVault is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted content, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
